The Providers of Denali Orthopedic Surgery, PC have provided quality orthopedic care to our Alaskan neighbors since 1983. DOS's goal is to provide high quality orthopedic care through the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system. We offer such treatments as Total Joint Replacement, Arthroscopic surgery and fractures, treating all areas of the body including hand, foot, knee, shoulder, neck, back and spine. If surgery is not required, other treatments can include casts, splints, medications, physical and occupational therapy or counseling.

An orthopedic surgeon is a Medical Doctor, who after completing a college degree and four years medical school, takes five to six years of specialty training in the treatment of the bones, joints and related structures.
